Why we like it
Charme Clerì Rosato is a perfect synthesis of three very important grape varieties for Firriato: the international Syrah and the autochthonous Frappato and Nerello Mascalese. Cultivated in the Agro Trapanese, in the Podere Giudeo estate, these grapes manage to express their organoleptic components to the fullest here. The result is a balanced blend that gives life to a rosé with a delicate color, a rich and intense aromatic profile, and a palate of good structure and excellent persistence. Notes of raspberry, currant, and orange blossoms prevail, but the salinity component brought by the Nerello Mascalese is also well-defined. The wine is fresh, with an excellent acidity component, and thanks to its versatility, it can be paired with numerous enogastronomic combinations, ranging from fish dishes to white meats or vegetarian first courses.
