CHARME CLERÌ Bianco
Tasting notes
COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
SMELL: Predominant scents reminiscent of rose petals, acacia, and elderflowers, with hints of tropical fruit, white fruit, honey, and citrus. Delicate herbal notes, mainly of sage and thyme, along with balsamic and mineral notes on a bouquet of white flowers, cedar, and lemon zest, make it unique.
TASTE: It is a wine of high olfactory and tactile intensity. Excellent balance between acidity, softness, and saltiness make it creamy on the palate. Recommended to pair with shellfish, foie gras, fresh cheeses, pasta dishes, and Oriental cuisine.
Pairings
Seafood crudités, shellfish, and medium-aged cheeses
Why we like it
Aromatic, fruity, floral, and at the same time structured and elegant: Charme Clerí is born from a carefully crafted blend aimed at maximizing the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes it comprises. The terroir of Podere Giudeo, characterized by mineral-rich soils and a temperate Mediterranean climate, lends Charme Clerí a surprising elegance and complexity. The vines, cultivated in harmony with nature and respecting the rhythms of the vegetative cycle, impart to the wine the distinctive character of the territory, offering an authentic and genuine expression of the Sicilian landscape. Clerí expands the Charme family, presenting itself as a fresh and gentle still white wine, with a decisive and unmistakable structure.
