Why we like it
The Organic wine Caeles Viognier expresses the fruity and floral notes of an international white grape variety that for its organoleptic characteristics has found in the countryside of Trapani its natural habitat. It is a delicate, gentle wine that is well suited to first courses of fish, light second courses of fish and that perfectly accompanies raw seafood. Produced from the 2022 vintage, with every sip Caeles Viognier gives intense sensations and aromas reminiscent of the hints of Sicily.
